Edit: Developer is fast and responsive, the issue is now fixed, the PDFs load smoothly and quickly. I definitely recommend. App crashes to home screen upon trying to open a file. Don't even get to see the interface of the app (I'm no coder but you may want to add permissions for storage and external storage). LG V60, Running Android 11.

5 stars for no internet permission, i.e. no ads and great for privacy. 1 star less because password protected files just don't open. Have tried this with multiple files.

Great simplicity in this pdf reader! The scrolling bug was fixed. What I am missing is that it's not possible to see the top of a page without the app-menu overlapping. Maybe a simple tap anywhere on the page could hide the menu. Scrolling down only makes it transparent.
